Nirav is a post graduate in sales and marketing and has worked with major international companies like ANZ Grindlays Bank, Max Touch, Philips India, Colliers International etc with a collective work experience of more than 18 years. He carries a valuable 15 years plus experience in the field of real estate and has worked in senior level capacity with leading developers and blue chip companies heading multiple verticals of sales & marketing, strategy planning, branding & finance. His industry interactions with leading International and Indian clients has helped him deliver professional results and on par industry performance.
Rupa Joshi
Director Rupa Joshi, a Industry veteran with more than 17 years of valuable experience, is the Director at 21 NewYork Consulting. She heads the Business Development and the Finance Division at 21 NYC. Rupa a qualified Interior Designer and has designed and executed more than half a million sq.ft of Office, Retail and Premium Residential projects. She is also the Founder and Managing Director of Cocoon Luxury Interior Studio, a professional Interior Designing firm based out of Mumbai. She has worked with various International and National companies handling important projects across all sectors.
